If you would like to attend the 2022 CBRN Defense Conference & Exhibition, you may register onsite at the Baltimore Convention Center.

The registration fee covers keynote and general sessions (unclassified and classified) and networking opportunities; including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and receptions.
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Onsite Registration
Badges can be picked up during the following times:
Tuesday, July 26, 2022: 12:00 - 5:00 pm
Wednesday, July 27, 2022: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
Thursday, July 28, 2022: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
IMPORTANT NOTICE: COVID-19 Vaccination Information
At this current time, NDIA will required to provide proof of COVID-19 vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test within the past 72 hours of July 26, 2022. Refusal to show proof will result in the attendee being asked to leave the event premises. Please see our Health and Safety FAQs webpage for more information.
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
- Proof of COVID-19 Vaccination or Negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours of Tuesday, July 26, 2022. NDIA will only allow the following tests that are administered by a medical professional: Rapid Antigen, Rapid PCR, and Regular PCR tests. Proof of antibodies or self administered/at-home tests will not be accepted. COVID testing is the financial responsibility of the attendee.
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Academia registration is for full-time faculty and staff at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. Adjunct professors and part-time faculty/staff are not eligible.
NDIA and Affiliates (NTSA, PSA, WID)
Company must be a Corporate NDIA member with defense-related annual revenue of $10 Million revenue or less.
A valid military employee email is required at time of registration.
Provides access to Exhibit Hall Only
Contractors do not qualify for government registration and MUST register as industry. A valid government employee email is required at time of registration. Non-US or Allied Governments should register under "Foreign/Allied" registration category.
A valid employee email is required at time of registration and credentials are required at time of onsite check-in.
Student registration is for full-time students at an academic institution. A valid student email is required at time of registration. Part-time students are not eligible.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
Cancellations received by July 8, 2022, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 8, 2022. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Meredith Mangas at mmangas@NDIA.org.
HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
