Mr. Pulver is the General Manager of St. Marks Powder, A General Dynamics Company, located in St. Marks, Florida.  St. Marks Powder is a leading manufacturer of smokeless powder for Military Small, Medium and certain Large Caliber applications and over 200 commercial product symbols for Rimfire, Pistol, Shotshell, Industrial tool and Centerfire Rifle.

Mr. Pulver has been involved at St. Marks Powder in the production, development, design control and customer support of propellant, propulsion systems and energetics for small, medium and large caliber ammunition since 1984.  As the Director of Research and Development, he led the development of new and improved products and processes; as well as providing technical leadership and direction for new applications for existing and new product lines.  As Chief Technology Officer Mr. Pulver participated and gave technical support to various Division-level programs including the General Dynamics Ordnance and Tactical Systems Technology Council.  As General Manager Mr. Pulver is directly responsible for strategic planning and setting goals for growth, controlling budgets, risk mitigation, maintaining a healthy supply chain and ensuring employees are safe, motivated and productive.  Mr. Pulver was the recipient of the 2011 Firepower Award. 

Mr. Pulver has a BS degree in Chemical Engineering from Tulane University and an MBA from Florida State University.  He is currently a member of the Board of Directors of the Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufacturers Institute.
