Bio
Pete provides the Joint Staff with analysis of the nexus of Economy/Energy/Finance and U.S. National Security. He also provides methodological support to Joint Staff decisions through applying behavioral, econometric, and psychometric analytic techniques and insights in support of national security strategies, policies and decisions. Pete began support to the Joint Staff in 1998, entering government service in 2010. Previously, he was the lead architect in the Joint Staff's Common Approach to Theater Campaign Plan Assessments. He was the lead architect for the Department of Defense effectiveness assessment for the Global War on Terror. Pete is also an Adjunct Professor teaching Economy and National Security in Georgetown's Security Studies Program.
