DLA Land & Maritime Supplier Conference & Exhibition Registration
Important Notice for All Attendees:
- Sign up for a badge pick up time | a Signup Genius link will be provided to all registered attendees within the email event confirmation. Please note, to encourage social distancing, you are asked to only pick up your badge during your time slot
- During online registration, you will be asked to read and sign a waiver regarding NDIA's policy on the COVID-19 pandemic
- All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to badge pick-up.

Full Conference Registration Includes:
- Access to the general session and exhibit hall.
- Continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches.
- Reception on April 6, 2022
- Post-event speaker proceedings (if releasable by speaker).

A valid U.S. military employee is required at time of registration. Meals are not included with this complimentary registration but may be purchased for $175.
Attendee access to Exhibit Hall ONLY; registration does NOT include access to sessions. This is NOT for additional exhibitor staff.
Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration.
Company must be a defense-related annual revenue of $10 Million revenue or less.
A valid employee email is required at time of registration and credentials are required at time of onsite check-in.
CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
You may cancel your registration and receive a partial refund minus the $100 cancellation processing fee if submitted in writing by Friday, March 25, 2022. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcomed in lieu of cancellations. HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.
EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT
NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
