Brett Flaugher is the President of Winchester and Vice President of Olin Corporation. Winchester one of three business segments of Olin Corporation. Brett joined Olin in 1986 and has held positions of increasing responsibilities within Winchester in the areas of Business Development, Operations, and Strategic Planning. He was promoted to President of Winchester in 2016.

As President of Winchester, Brett has global responsibilities for the Winchester business segment which focuses on serving the Military, Commercial, Law Enforcement, and Industrial markets. In addition, Brett has overall responsibility for Winchester’s operating facilities including those located in East Alton IL, Oxford MS, Geelong AU and Independence MO, which is the Lake City Army Ammunition Plant, a Government Owned Contractor Operated facility. Winchester has approximately 4,000 employees worldwide.
Brett also serves on the Board of Governors for the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF) which is the trade association for the firearm industry and is past Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Sporting Arms and Ammunition Manufactures’ Institute (SAAMI).
Brett is located at Winchester’s headquarters in East Alton, IL.
