22nd Annual Science & Engineering Technology Conference Registration
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Important Notice for All Attendees
- Sign up for a badge pick up time | a Signup Genius link will be provided to all registered attendees within the email event confirmation. Please note, to encourage social distancing, you are asked to only pick up your badge during your time slot
- During online registration, you will be asked to read and sign a waiver regarding NDIA's policy on the COVID-19 pandemic
- All attendees will be required to provide proof of vaccination or proof of a negative COVID-19 test within 72 hours prior to badge pick-up.

Thursday Classified Session
Day 3 of the 22nnd Annual S&ET Conference will be classified (SECRET//NOFORN level) that requires a separate fee. This full day will take place at the Conference Center of Americas at U.S. Southern Command. Transportation, breakfast and lunch will be provided. If you plan to attend Thursday's classified session, please check the box for this session during the online registration process. No concurrent unclassified session will be held on Thursday.
Before registering for Thursday's classified session, please review the Security Clearance Information page and submit your clearance information according to the instructions. Space is limited, and will be given on a first come, first served basis.

A valid U.S. military employee is required at time of registration. Conference meals are available for purchase for $90.
NDIA Members who live within the Central Florida area.
U.S. Civilian, DoD and Foreign Military | Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration.
NDIA member or its affiliates (IPW, NTSA and WID)
Must show press credentials at registration check-in when picking up badge.
Company must be a Corporate NDIA member with defense-related annual revenue of $10 Million revenue or less.
Must be currently enrolled and register with a .edu email address; please show valid student ID at registration check-in

CANCELLATION & SUBSTITUTIONS
You may cancel your registration and receive a partial refund minus the $100 cancellation processing fee if submitted in writing by Friday, April 15, 2022. If cancellation occurs after the cut-off date, no refund will be offered. Substitutions are welcomed in lieu of cancellations. HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment.
