Mrs. Schloer is the EVMS Focal Point at Booz Allen Hamilton. She has over 18 years of experience in project, program, and portfolio management, and over 20 years working with the Government. Mrs. Schloer has experience with government EVMS requirements and reporting [including Office of Management and Budget (OMB) reporting], commercial software requirements, and numerous EVMS implementations on multi-million-dollar programs. She currently works within Booz Allen Hamilton’s Government Accounting Compliance department to ensure the company’s six (6) Contractor Business Systems comply with federal regulations. Mrs. Schloer has volunteered with the National Defense Industry Association (NDIA) Integrated Program Management Division (IPMD) since 2017 as the Contracts Committee co-lead.
