Transportation

In order to access the bus, you will need the following:

• Submit your Security Clearance information here if you have not already done so
• Have a CAC or Military ID

SHUTTLE BUS SCHEDULE

WEDNESDAY, MARCH 9

6:00 AM

Bus will stage at 6:00 AM for a 6:15 AM departure. Individuals will be picked up from the Tapa Tower at Hilton Hawaiian Village and dropped off at the MCBH. 

11:00 AM

Lunch will take place at Kahuna’s Sports Bar and Grill. There will be one bus available to shuttle those who would prefer not to walk - first come, first serve. Pick up will take place at 11:00 AM from the MCBH and will circle to Kahuna’s until the next session begins at 12:30 PM.

4:30 PM

Buses will depart from MCBH to head back to the Tapa Tower at the Hilton Hawaiian Village at 4:00 PM.

THURSDAY, MARCH 10 - CLASSIFIED SESSIONS AT MCBH

6:00 AM

Bus will stage at 6:00 AM for a 6:15 AM departure. Individuals will be picked up from the Tapa Tower at Hilton Hawaiian Village dropped off at the MCBH. 

11:00 AM

Lunch will take place at Kahuna’s Sports Bar and Grill. There will be one bus available to shuttle those who would prefer not to walk. Pick up will take place at 11:00 AM.

2:45 PM

Buses will depart from MCBH at 2:45 PM.

 

THURSDAY, MARCH 10 - POST FX AT BELLOWS AIR FORCE STATION

7:15 AM

Bus will stage at 7:15 AM for a 7:30 AM departure. Individuals will be picked up from the Tapa Tower at Hilton Hawaiian Village dropped off at the Bellows Air Force Station. 

4:00 PM

Buses will depart from Bellows Air Force Station at 4:00 PM.
