The cut-off date to book your hotel room at the Hilton Hawaiian Village is Wednesday, February 16, 2022. Please note, the room block is available on a first-come, first-serve basis and may sell out prior to the cut-off date. You can expect to find the Hilton Hawaiian Village to follow this Health and Safety Plan.

Room Rates

  • Industry rate: $289 per night plus $25 resort fee per day (may be verbally waived at check in) plus applicable taxes
  • Government per-diem rate: $177 per night plus $25 resort fee per day (may be verbally waived at check in) plus applicable taxes

Check-in and Check-out (Both hotels)

  • Check-in: 3:00 pm
  • Check-out: 11:00 am

Parking

  • Hilton Parking: $49 per day
  • Hilton Day Parking: $10 per day (For attendees not staying at the hotel. Parking rate must be validated).
  • DoubleTree Parking: $20 per day (Only for attendees staying at the DoubleTree).
