Jim has 35+ years of experience in manufacturing and distribution management as well as business development. His last 13 years have been spent at McNally Industries LLC where he serves as CEO. McNally is located in Grantsburg, WI., and has served the Department of Defense and DoD Primes, since 1942.  McNally's employs over 100 people and utilizes the latest in manufacturing and engineering technologies to provide design & reverse engineering, precision machining, complex assembly, and testing as well as systems integration. McNally customers include US Navy, Northrup Grumman, General Dynamics, Raytheon, Elbit Systems, Moog, Lockheed Martin, BAE Systems, and others. Jim also overseers McNally's Northern Gear Pump Div., which serves Pharmaceutical, Oil & Gas, Chemical Processing, and Specialty Coatings markets. He also serves as Secretary on the NDIA Manufacturing Division Executive Committee.

Prior to joining McNally Jim spent 25 years managing and selling process automation to the Pharmaceutical, CPI, Power Generation, Oil & Gas and various process markets. Jim served these markets for both manufacturing and distribution. This blend of experience has produced a well-rounded understanding of all the various aspects of industry.
