Please note, H Street, N.W. is a one way street. When approaching 17th Street N.W., from H Street, N.W., you will  arrive at Matomic Parking deck first. Colonial Parking deck is located a few feet after Matomic Parking deck. The entrance to both parking decks is on the left-hand side. 

VISITOR SCREENING QUESTIONNAIRE
All guests/visitors are required to complete the visitor screening questionnaire each day. A link to the screening will be provided to attendees before the event. 

COVID19

  • PROOF OF VACCINATION: All attendees must be fully vaccinated and will be required to provide proof of vaccination during registration. Full vaccination is defined as 14-days after the second dose of a two-dose vaccine series (Pfizer-BioNTech, Moderna, AstraZeneca-SK Bio) or 14-days after a single-dose vaccine (Johnson & Johnson/Janssen). All World Health Organization-approved vaccines are accepted. Holland & Knight is requiring all attendees to be vaccinated, no exceptions.
  • MASKS: Holland and Knight requires all guests, regardless of vaccine status, to wear masks unless actively eating or drinking. Masks are required in all common areas of the building, which includes, our restrooms, hallways and conference rooms.
  • WAIVER: All registrants are required to sign the COVID-19 waiver during the online registration process. Attendees may disclose their vaccination status at the time of signing.
  • FOOD AND BEVERAGE: Food and beverage areas will be designed to minimize touch points utilizing individually packaged or attended stations.
