Bio
Dr. Marilyn Gaska is currently the Lockheed Martin Senior Fellow in Research and Technology in the Office of the CTO organization at Lockheed Martin Corporation, Bethesda, Maryland. Her focus includes operations and sustainment to include contested logistics requirements, leveraging her prior role as Chief Engineer, Corporate Logistics and Sustainment. Externally she is the chair of American Makes Additive Manufacturing Maintenance and Sustainment Advisory Group started in 2015, co-chairing AM Workshops with OSD through 2021. She is a member of the 2017 class of America Makes Ambassadors. She is a member of the MxD Supply Chain Risk Alert 2 project as a pilot member company. She is also an industry member of the OSD Digital Engineering Working Group Community of Practice. Currently, she is a member of the NDIA Logistics Management Division’s new Contested Logistics and Logistics Software/Data Analytics Working Groups. In 2016 Marilyn led the Manufacturing Environment Team for the OSD/NDIA Cybersecurity for Advanced Manufacturing (CFAM) effort, working with MxD and NIST. She has been on the Aircraft Airworthiness and Sustainment Conference planning committee since 2016. She has over 50 external papers and presentations, including NDIA Systems Engineering Conferences (2016-19). Her Ph.D. degree in Systems Science was received from Binghamton University in 1999,
