Mr. Allan Dianic is the Director of Software Engineering and Prototyping under the Chief Technology Officer for Engineering in OUSD(R&E).  Mr. Dianic has had extensive experience in developing software for defense systems both as a defense contractor and in his current role in OSD.  He is passionate about modernizing the software engineering practices while maintaining engineering rigor to provide resilient systems that provide overwhelming advantage to the warfighter.
