The registration fee covers capability briefings, general sessions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches and receptions.
Virtual Option - Due to lack of interest, virtual registration will not be offered for this event.
Online Registration
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration is processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry and Academia: Government-issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Academia registration is for full-time faculty at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.
Member companies with defense-related annual revenue of $10 million or less qualify
Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in.
Student registration is for full-time students at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Part-time students are not eligible.
CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Krystal Heard at kheard@NDIA.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before October 14, 2022, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after October 14, 2022. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.
Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
HARRASSMENT POLICY
The National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women in Defense (WID) are committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. NDIA and its affiliates, NTSA and WID, will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA, NTSA, and WID conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriately physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds of revoking access to the NDIA, NTSA or WID event.
EVENT CODE OF CONDUCT
NDIA’s Event Code of Conduct applies to all National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA), National Training & Simulation Association (NTSA), and Women In Defense (WID) meeting-related events, whether in person at public or private facilities, online, or during virtual events. NDIA, NTSA, and WID are committed to providing a productive and welcoming environment for all participants.
