Security Clearance Information

This meeting is taking place at the Secret level. In order to attend, you must submit your clearance to the National Strategic Research Institute by Friday, October 14, 2022. 

 

All visitors must have their Facility Security Officer (FSO) submit their VAR through DISS SMO Code 7QDJ75 or by fax at 240.290.1317.

 

Deadline to submit is Friday, October 14, 2022. Clearances will not be processed onsite.

Requests must include:

• Full name:
• SSN:
• Location of birth:
• Date of birth:
• Is the visitor a U.S. citizen?
• Dates of visit: October 19, 2022
• Purpose of visit: To attend NDIA's CBRN Event on October 19, 2022.
• POC in the individual’s company (meeting lead): Marty Sikes

• Clearance Level (If applicable) - Secret
