Important Notice for Virtual Attendees
Due to this event being classified on Friday, August 20, virtual attendance is permitted during the unclassified sessions taking place on Thursday, August 19 only.
Platform Information
After registering, attendees can expect to receive an immediate receipt of the event. Login information for the virtual platform will be sent to attendees the week prior to the conference.

Important Notice for In-Person Attendees
- I have been or will be fully vaccinated for COVID-19 as of August 18, 2021. Note, fully vaccinated includes two (2) weeks following the final dose of any of the FDA approved vaccines. (Please note that those who check "no" or "prefer not to answer" will be required to wear a face mask through the duration of all sessions of the forum.
Additionally, you will be asked to read and sign a waiver regarding NDIA's policy on the COVID-19 pandemic and distribution of video recording.
Upon completion of your registration, attendees will be given a link to sign-up for a badge pick up time via a sign-up genius link. Please make sure to fill out a time slot for your badge pick-up.

Academia registration is for full-time faculty at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. Adjunct faculty is not eligible.
Student registration is for full-time students at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration. Part-time students are not eligible.
Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration.

Registration Cancellation Policy
In-person cancellations received by Thursday, August 5 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee and for virtual, a $50 cancellation fee will be applied. Please contact Alissa Meehan at ameehan@ndia.org to cancel. Substitutions are also welcome in lieu of cancellation. Refunds will not be given for no shows.
NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment.
