COL Jim Godfrey is the Director for the Land Customer Operations Directorate, Defense Logistics Agency Land and Maritime located in Columbus Ohio. He leads a worldwide team of over 150 civilians, Soldiers, Marines, and Airmen responsible for ensuring timely DLA support to the land component customers.
He received a Bachelor of Science degree and was commissioned an Ordnance officer via the Reserve Officer Training Corps from Central Missouri State University in 1995. He also holds a Master’s Degree in Procurement and Acquisition from Webster University.
His military education includes the Ordnance Officer Basic course, the Combined Logistics Captains Career Course, the Combined Arms and Services Staff School, and the Command and General Staff College.
