Kevin McGrath is manager for Global Supply Chain Strategy at Northrop Grumman. Assigned to the Advanced & Strategic Supply Chain office, he is responsible for establishing strategies and partnerships within the supply chain for the technologies that supports the Mission Systems Sector. His role focuses on managing a team of technical and business experts assigned to the discriminating technologies that support our systems for both capability and capacity needs. Mr. McGrath also is the Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) lead for Mission Systems and expert to the internal and external communities that look to collaborate with Northrop Grumman through this small business program.
Mr. McGrath has over 10 years of experience at Northrop Grumman with a variety of leadership roles within Operation where he developed many partnerships with the supply chain to solve the needs of Mission System Programs of Record. Mr. McGrath holds multiple internal trade secrets from his experience as an engineer in the advanced microelectronics assembly cell, which enables him to blend technical discussions with a forward-looking business strategy. He left Northrop Grumman for 3 years to expand his knowledge of in the medical and nuclear fields at Philips Healthcare and Knolls Atomic Power Laboratory.
Mr. McGrath is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a Bachelor’s of Science in Materials Science & Engineering.
