Todd has 20+ years of experience in the area of international trade.  His experience includes being operations manager for a giftware importer overseeing domestic shipping and international import shipments.  He has experience at the Boeing Company and the Idaho National Laboratory in development of policy and process to comply with EAR, ITAR and DOE export regulations.  He joined Intel’s Global Export Controls as an export controls manager in late 2015 to assist Intel Federal LLC manage their compliance to U.S. export control regulations.  Additionally, Todd assists with ensuring that the broader Intel Corporation institute robust processes to prevent inadvertent defense services.
