Ms. Moschonas is a Senior Director for the national Security Group at SAIC. Her responsibilities include providing support to the line organizations in the pursuit of new business ventures, proposal development and mission solutions for customers across the Space Community and DoD organizations.

 

Ms. Moschonas has over 26 years of experience in key leadership, acquisition, system engineering and program management roles within the Department of Defense.  Throughout her career, Ms. Moschonas has supported a variety of DOD and federal sector programs throughout their life cycle to include Concept Definition, RDT&E, Production and Fielding & Sustainment.  Areas of support include Program Management, Systems Engineering, and Cost Analysis among others.

 

 

Ms. Moschonas graduated from the University of Arizona in Tucson in 1988 with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering.  Ms. Moschonas also holds a Professional Engineer certification and is a Certified Government Financial Manager.

 

Ms. Moschonas is currently the President of the National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA) Greater Los Angeles Chapter and the Vice President of the Southern California Aerospace Professional’s (SCAPR) organization.

 

In the local community, Ms. Moschonas sits on the Board of the Byzantine Latino Quarter (BLQ) foundation which provides educational and financial outreach to Los Angeles’ inner city youth and is recognized by Mayor Eric Garcetti as one of LA’s premier community youth service organizations.
