Jeff Sneller
Chief Engineer, Next Generation Polar OPIR Program

Mr. Sneller is Northrop Grumman’s Chief Engineer and Director of Systems Engineering for the U.S. Space Force’s Next Generation OPIR – Polar satellite program (NGP). He previously served as chief engineer for several restricted space programs, and principal investigator for internal R&D projects. Building on 30 years of experience in national and international aerospace development programs, Mr. Sneller has focused his NGP development team’s attention on building a model-based digital engineering infrastructure – combining lessons learned from recent national-scale system integration programs at Northrop Grumman, with modern Agile workflow tools originally developed by Silicon Valley startups. Mr. Sneller holds a B.S. and M.S. in Engineering from Stanford University.
