Mr. Jeffrey Singleton was selected for the Senior Executive Service in January 2017 and serves as the Director for Technology, in the office of the Deputy Assistant Secretary of the Army (Research and Technology), Office of the Assistant Secretary of the Army Acquisition, Logistics & Technology. He is the principal planner, advisor and top-level coordinator for the Army Science and Technology program, the Principal Deputy to the DASA(R&T)/Chief Scientist and serves as the director for headquarters-level oversight of the Army’s basic research, applied research and advanced technology development programs.
