Government Attendees: A limited number of government rate rooms are still available the Hilton. If you require a government rate room, please contact Kimberly Hurley at khurley@NDIA.org. Please note, these additional rooms are avaiable on a first-come, first-serve basis and may sell out.

Room Rates

  • Government: $177 per night plus $20 resort fee per day (may be verbally waived a check in) plus applicable taxes
  • Industry: $249 per night plus $20 resort fee per day (may be verbally waived at check in) plus applicable taxes

Check-in and Check-out (Both hotels)

  • Check-in: 3:00 pm
  • Check-out: 11:00 am

Parking

  • Hilton Self Parking:$45 per day
  • Hilton Valet Parking:$52 per day
  • DoubleTree Self Parking: Not Available
