In today’s defense world, the only certainty is uncertainty. Adversaries are weaponizing open source technologies to cause never before seen devastation; politics worldwide are changing, causing shifts in global alliances; the U.S. defense budget continues to fluctuate; and more young Americans are choosing to pursue non-STEM career paths.
