Guest Reception Attendance Information

A guest of a registered attendee may participate in the following conference events:

• Monday, March 2 – Opening Reception (additional cost: $75)
• Tuesday, March 3 – Networking Reception (additional cost: $50)

Guest reception tickets are an additional fee and are not included in the conference registration fee. You must be a registered conference attendee or guest to attend the networking receptions. 

If your guest would like to participate in any of the above events, you must select the respective "Event Fees" box at the bottom of the online registration form for either the Opening Reception and/or Networking Reception. The guest ticket fees will be included in your registration fee payment. A guest ticket is for networking receptions only and do not include attendance at any of the other conference functions (continental breakfasts, breaks, lunch, or conference sessions).

If you purchase a guest ticket while registering for the conference, you must provide the name of your guest to to Reneé Despot at rdespot@NDIA.org by Friday, February 21, 2020, to ensure the guest is registered for one or both activities.
