A block of rooms has been reserved at both the Otis Hotel, Autograph Collection and the AC Hotel by Marriott Austin-University. The cutoff date for the room block is Sunday, February 16. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. When making your reservation, indicate that the room reservation is for National Defense Industrial Association (NDIA).

The group rate is $249 per night for the Otis Hotel, Autograph Collection and $219 per night for the AC Hotel by Marriott Austin-University.

A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hampton Inn & Suites Austin University Area. The cutoff date for the room block is Wednesday, February 12. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space available basis. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. When making your reservation, indicate that the room reservation is for 2020 Tactical Wheeled Vehicles Conference & DSAM Course Conference .

A block of rooms has been reserved at the AT&T Hotel and Conference Center for this course. The cut-off date for the room block is Friday, February 14, 2020. After this date, reservations will be accepted on a space-available basis. Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. When making your reservation, indicate that the room reservation is for NDIA's Defense Systems Acquisition Management (DSAM) Course.

Room Rates

The group rate is $219 per night.

Cancellations

Cancellations will be accepted 72 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations after this time will result in one (1) night room rate and applicable taxes being charged to the credit card on file of the party that made the reservation.

Early Departure Fee

Checking out of your room prior to the reserved checkout date may result in an early checkout fee. To avoid a fee, please advise the hotel before or during check in.
