What is the JADC2 & All Domain Warfare Symposium?
The JADC2 & All Domain Warfare Symposium is a brand-new event that convenes the joint all domain command & control and all domain warfare communities to gain insight on a variety of topics, including Delivering the Joint Vision, All Domain Warfare Concepts and Experimentation, and All Domain Operations with Early Application in the Joint Force. Symposium attendees will be able enjoy this unclassified virtual event from the comfort of their own homes or offices.

How do I register for the JADC2 & All Domain Warfare Symposium? You can register online at NDIA.org/JADC2.

When is the deadline to register for the JADC2 & All Domain Warfare Symposium?
The deadline to register is Monday, October 26, 2020. Please note that registrations received within a week of the symposium’s start date may take up to 24 hours to process; once your registration is processed, you will receive login instructions.

What if I register for the JADC2 & All Domain Warfare Symposium and miss it?
About seven (7) days after the symposium, all of the releasable presentations and recordings will be available in an on-demand format to everyone who was registered for the JADC2 & All Domain Warfare Symposium. Refunds will not be given for no-shows of the virtual event. 

Will I need a security clearance to attend the virtual symposium?
As all presentations will be unclassified, a security clearance is not required to attend the virtual symposium.

What is the “On-Demand” feature?
The “On-Demand” feature will give registrants access to the releasable presentations and handouts from the JADC2 & All Domain Warfare Symposium to view at your own convenience for a set amount of time following the event. Accessing these presentations from the virtual symposium allows you to gain valuable insights from the JADC2 and all domain warfare communities.

When will I receive the instructions for attending the JADC2 & All Domain Warfare Symposium?
Approximately a week before the virtual symposium, you will receive an email inviting you to create your profile within the virtual platform. When doing so, you will be able to add items such as a profile photo and contact information. Upon login, you can also navigate through the platform. Please note that, if you register after October 20, it may take up to 24 hours to process your registration and receive login instructions.

What devices can I use to log in to the JADC2 & All Domain Warfare Symposium?
Most up-to-date computers and mobile devices such as laptops, desktops, and handheld tablets are capable of running the virtual symposium platform. It is recommended that attendees use Google Chrome and that government employees either disconnect from their VPN or use a personal machine for optimal connectivity.

What platform will be used for the JADC2 & All Domain Warfare Symposium?
Live sessions will be conducted using Zoom. It is recommended that attendees use Google Chrome for their web browser and that government employees either disconnect from their VPN or use a personal machine for optimal connectivity.

I did not capture an attendee’s name while we were networking. Does NDIA provide Attendee Lists?
Symposium attendees will receive an attendee list via email within a week of the virtual symposium’s conclusion.

I have some feedback for the event planners. Will there be a post-symposium survey?
After the event, NDIA will send an overall JADC2 & All Domain Warfare Symposium survey to gather feedback on the symposium. We encourage and appreciate your participation in the survey; your feedback ensures we deliver even more successful events in the future.

The agenda is packed with great speakers! Does my registration provide me access to all the sessions?
In a word, yes! Similar to if you were attending the symposium in person, you will have the opportunity to select which sessions you’d like to virtually attend. It is up to you to decide which sessions interest you and to then attend those sessions as desired. You may attend as many or as few sessions as you want.

Will I be able to see the presenters for each session?
Yes, you will be able to see both the speaker and slides (if supplied by speaker) for each session.

I have a question for a speaker. How do I ask it?
We encourage you to ask questions at any time using the virtual platform’s question tool. Closer to the symposium, additional information will be provided on how to use the platform’s question tool.

My colleague wants to watch the symposium as well. Can I share my virtual symposium login information with other members of my team?
No, you may not share your login information as it is unique to your individual registration. Each paid registration for the virtual symposium allows only that registered attendee to enter and watch the virtual symposium. The questions asked and the chat shown to all attendees within that single login session are all tied to the account of the individual that purchased a registration for the virtual event.

I missed some of the live sessions. Can I access and view recordings of any sessions from the symposium?
Your virtual symposium registration includes access to all releasable educational session recordings after the event concludes. Any session that NDIA had permission to record will be available about seven (7) days after the symposium in an on-demand format.

How can I network with other attendees?
The JADC2 & All Domain Warfare Symposium will host Networking Chat Lobbies each day. This feature will give all attendees the ability to connect with each other through engaging discussions. Look for the Networking Chat Lobbies in the symposium agenda.

I can no longer attend the JADC2 & All Domain Warfare Symposium. How do I cancel my registration?
Cancellations must be made in writing to Tiffany Milnor at tmilnor@NDIA.org by October 16, 2020, and will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. For registrations under $100, a $25 cancellation fee will be applied. No refunds will be given for this event after October 16, 2020. Substitutions for this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Refunds will not be given for no-shows.
Remember: Even if you cannot attend on the live days of the symposium, you will still have access to the releasable content in an on-demand format for up to 30 days following the symposium.
