Mr. Clare is currently serving as the Program Manager for Ammunition Marine Corps Systems Command.  In this position Mr. Clare is responsible for Research and Development, Procurement, Fielding, Delivery Worldwide and Disposal of all USMC Ground Ammunition.  Mr. Clare retired from the U.S. Navy in 1995 and has held numerous positions in the Program Management Career Field for the past 20 Years.  Mr. Clare assumed his current position in June, 2018.
