Justin Shoger

Justin Shoger is a member of the JHU/APL technical staff and project manager and task lead where he assists the Naval Aviation Systems Command with the development of advanced capabilities and complex systems. He is currently working on advanced graduated studies in Systems Sciences at Binghamton University. He holds a MSA in Systems Analysis from the Naval Postgraduate School. He is also a graduate and instructor of the U.S. Navy Carrier Airborne Early Warning Weapons School (Command and Control), and a distinguished graduate of the Naval War College. He has over 25 years’ experience in systems of systems development for the Navy from operational, requirements and budgetary, and acquisition perspectives.
