Registration
Online registration is now closed. Onsite registration will be available during the times and locations listed below. It is highly recommended to register onsite on Monday evening at the Mystic Marriott to help expedite the check in process on Tuesday morning.
The registration fee covers general sessions, breakout sessions, and networking opportunities, including continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunches and the Monday evening networking reception. Attendance at the Clambake requires payment of an additional fee.
This event is classified at the SECRET level (SECRET//NOFORN). All attendees must be U.S. Citizens holding a secret clearance or higher. Detailed Security Clearance information can be found here.
For Department of Navy attendees, you do have to receive SECNAV approval to attend.
Online Registration
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration is processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Online registration will close Wednesday, September 11, 2019. We will have onsite registration at the following times:
- Monday, September 16: 3:00 – 6:30 pm at the Mystic Marriott
- Tuesday, September 17: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm at the Dealey Center Auditorium
- Wednesday, September 18: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm at the Dealey Center Auditorium
Please note: registration times are subject to change.
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry and Academia: Government-issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.
Company must have less than $10 million in defense spending.
Contractors do not qualify for Government rate and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in.

The dinner is not included in your registration fee. You will need to purchase a ticket to attend the dinner; price is per person. During registration, please purchase a ticket for yourself and any guests that wish to attend the dinner.
Plenary speakers, executive board advisory council only. Plenary speakers by invitation only. Reneé Despot at rdespot@ndia.org, will send those invited a Discount Code to use for online registration.
Cancellations
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to Reneé Despot at rdespot@NDIA.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before September 4, 2019, will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after September 4, 2019. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.
Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
