Registration
Online registration for the 10th Annual IAMD Symposium and the SLAAD Division Meeting will close Friday, July 5, 2019. You may register on-site for the Symposium on July 11 beginning at 7:00 am.
All attendees must submit a visit request via JPAS to SMO Code 888984 in addition to registering. The deadline to submit your paperwork for security clearance is Monday, July 1, 2019. For more information, please visit the security clearance page.
Your paid registration to the 10th Annual IAMD Symposium includes:
- All day access to the Symposium.
- Continental Breakfast, Networking Breaks, and Networking Lunch.*
- On-site Agenda and Meeting Materials.
- Post-event Speaker Proceedings (if releasable by Speaker).
*Unless you select a 'no meals' option

NDIA and Affiliates (NTSA, PSA, WID)
Contractors do not qualify for government registration and MUST register as industry. A valid government employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Non-US or Allied Governments may attend under this registration.
A valid military employee email is required at time of registration and military ID is required at time of onsite check-in. You are required to wear your military uniform onsite. Please note, this registration only includes admittance into the conference and DOES NOT INCLUDE MEALS.

Academia registration is for full-time faculty and staff at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors and part-time faculty/staff are not eligible.
John Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory Employee: You must register using a valid John Hopkins Employee email address and are required to show valid ID onsite. Please note, this registration only includes admittance into the conference and DOES NOT INCLUDE MEALS.

Company must have less than 10 million in defense spending
Student registration is for full-time students at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Part-time students are not eligible.
For online registration of the SLAAD Division Meeting you may register in one of two ways: 1. Select as an addition to your IAMD Symposium registration 2. To ONLY attend the SLAAD Division Meeting select the "only option" from the drop down box as your registration type
Cancellations received by Friday, June 28 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. For registrations under $100, a $25 application fee will apply. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, June 28, 2019.
NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
