Registration

Online registration for the 10th Annual IAMD Symposium and the SLAAD Division Meeting will close Friday, July 5, 2019. You may register on-site for the Symposium on July 11 beginning at 7:00 am.

All attendees must submit a visit request via JPAS to SMO Code 888984 in addition to registering. The deadline to submit your paperwork for security clearance is Monday, July 1, 2019.  For more information, please visit the security clearance page. 

Your paid registration to the 10th Annual IAMD Symposium includes:

  • All day access to the Symposium.
  • Continental Breakfast, Networking Breaks, and Networking Lunch.*
  • On-site Agenda and Meeting Materials.
  • Post-event Speaker Proceedings (if releasable by Speaker).

*Unless you select a 'no meals' option

Cancellations received by Friday, June 28 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. For registrations under $100, a $25 application fee will apply. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, June 28, 2019.
