The Registration fee covers the meeting as well as continental breakfasts, breaks, and lunch.
Online Registration
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Online registration will close Monday, June 24, 2019. Onsite registration will be available.

NDIA and Affiliates (NTSA, PSA, WID)
Academia registration is for full-time faculty and staff at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors and part-time faculty/staff are not eligible.
Student registration is for full-time students at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Part-time students are not eligible.
Contractors do not qualify for government registration and MUST register as industry. A valid government employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Non-US or Allied Governments may attend under this registration.
A valid military employee email is required at time of registration and military ID is required at time of onsite check-in. You are required to wear your military uniform onsite.

Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations received by June 17, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. For registrations under $100, a $25 application fee will apply. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Monday, June 17, 2019.
NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings, and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
