Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations received by Friday, March 4, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $15 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after March 4, 2019. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. All cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to Renata Casiel, rcasiel@ndia.org.
