Registration
The registration fee covers general sessions, panel sessions, access to exhibits, and networking opportunities; including continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and reception.
ALL government attendees can now register for free.
Online Registration
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
We will have onsite registration at the following times:
- Tuesday, March 26: 7:00 am – 4:45 pm
- Wednesday, March 27: 7:00 am – 3:45 pm
Please note: registration times are subject to change.
At registration check-in, please be prepared to present the following at security and registration:
- Government: Government employee ID badge
- Industry and Academia: Government issued form of ID (driver’s license or passport)
Each attendee will receive a name badge that must be worn at all times.

Academia registration is for full-time professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors are not eligible.

During the registration process, please select if you are a government or industry speaker.
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to rdespot@ndia.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received before March 15, 2019 will receive a refund minus a $100 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this conference on or after March 15, 2019. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.
Substitutions for this conference are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings, and events. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
