Joe Incorvia is an Operations Research Analyst at the Naval Air Systems Command, Patuxent River Maryland.  His career has been focused on solving business problems using data.  Joe is currently the Director of Command Operation for NAVAIR and co-leads the Digital Innovation and Accelerator Capabilities Team which focus on exploring and scaling new technologies to:

– Improve data analysis and dashboards to improve decision making
– Provide tools and support for statistical analysis, machine learning & artificial intelligence 
– Process automation to include robotic process automation

Joe earned his master’s degree in economics, with a concentration in econometrics and a bachelor’s degrees in mathematics and economics.   He is a recipient of the Navy Superior Civilian Service and the meritorious civilian service award.
