The National Defense Industrial Association's Special Operations/Low Intensity Conflict (SO/LIC) Division invites you to attend their upcoming Congressional Reception on Capitol Hill. Special guest, Mr. Mark Mitchell, the acting Assistant Secretary of Defense for Special Operations/Low-Intensity Conflict (ASD SO/LIC) will provide remarks on the importance of Irregular Warfare and competition short of armed conflict. We invite you to join your colleagues to build partnerships and strengthen alliances among Congressional Leaders, USSOCOM, and Industry in support of the entire SOF enterprise.
