Online registration is now closed. Please plan to register onsite during any of the times listed below.
REGISTRATION
The Registration fee covers access to keynote sessions, technical sessions, exhibit hall, continental breakfasts, breaks, lunches, and reception.
ONLINE REGISTRATION
Please register with a complete and accurate email address. Registrations will be verified by email address. Should you register incorrectly, you will be contacted and a balance due might be incurred. You will receive an email confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed. Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
Online registration will close Thursday, August 2, 2018. We will have onsite registration at the following times:
- Monday, August 6: 7:00 am – 5:00 pm
- Tuesday, August 7: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Wednesday, August 8: 7:00 am – 4:30 pm
- Thursday, August 9: 7:00 am – 12:00 pm
Registration for the Training Workshops will be open on Monday, August 6 beginning at 7:00 am.

NDIA and Affiliates
Registration includes event program and all meals, breaks, and refreshments. Contractors do not qualify for Government registration and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration and employee or military ID is required at time of onsite check-in.

Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.

Receive up to two (2) additional full conference registrations (industry only).

Registration for Training Workshops ONLY. Choose between two concurrent training workshops that are scheduled on Monday, August 6th. Continental breakfast, breaks, and lunch is included in the registration fee. *NOTE: you can attend only ONE workshop at a time.
Register for a training workshop IN ADDITION to the symposium and receive 50% off the workshop registration fee. Registration for the symposium is not included in this $100 fee, registration must be done separately. Choose between two concurrent training workshops that are scheduled on Monday, August 6th. Continental breakfast, breaks, and lunch is included in the registration fee. *NOTE: you can attend only ONE workshop at a time.
Cancellations and substitution requests must be made in writing, via email, to rdespot@ndia.org. Cancellations for full conference registration categories received on or before July 27, 2018, will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for this event after July 27, 2018. Refunds will not be given for no-shows; if an attendee shows a balance and does not attend the conference, they will be invoiced for payment.
Substitutions for this event are always welcome in lieu of cancellations!
NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment.
