ATTIRE
Appropriate dress for the meeting is business casual for civilians and Class B or uniform of the day for military personnel.
ID BADGE
During meeting registration and check-in, each attendee will be issued an identification badge. Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID. Your badge must be worn at all event functions.
TRANSPORTATION
The hotel is conveniently located 1 block from the White Flint Metro Station (Red Line)
Easily accessible via 3 Major Airports:
• Ronald Reagan Washington National (DCA) - about 23 miles
• Washington Dulles International (IAD) - about 25 miles
• Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall (BWI) - about 36 miles
PARKING
Day guest parking is available at the Conference Center garage for $2.50 per hour. The entrance of the garage is accessible from the Executive Blvd entrance (Between Marinelli Road and Old Georgetown Road).
Overnight guests can park in Bethesda North Marriott’s garage for a flat rate of $15 per day.
