Online registration will close Tuesday, July 17th. We will have onsite registration:
12:00pm - 5:00pm on Monday, July 23rd
7:00am - 5:00pm on Tuesday, July 24th
7:00am - 12:00pm on Wednesday, July 25th
Foreign National Attendees
Foreign national conference attendees must be registered and provide a copy of their passport, along with their place of birth, to Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@ndia.org by 5:00pm EST on July 6, 2018.
Press & Media
Please contact Carol Dwyer at cdwyer@ndia.org to register. All press interested in attending this event must be registered by 5:00pm EST on July 18, 2018 to allow for conference coordination. No exceptions will be made.
DoD Personnel
All DoD personnel must submit their final cost associated with the NDIA conference. Please reach out to Jessica Stillman, Conference Manager for JPEO-CBD at jessica.m.stillman.ctr@mail.mil for final cost spreadsheet once conference is complete.
Conference registration includes:
- Access to the General Session and Exhibition Hall
- Continental Breakfasts, Networking Breaks, and Networking Lunches
- Reception on July 24th
- Onsite Agenda and Meeting Materials
- Post-event Speaker Proceedings (if releasable by Speaker)

Academia registration is for full-time students or professors at an academic institution. A valid employee email is required at time of registration and an academic ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Adjunct professors or part-time students are not eligible.
Contractors do not qualify for Government registration and must register as Industry. A valid government or military employee email is required at time of registration and employee ID is required at time of onsite check-in. Non-US or Allied Governments may attend under government registration.
NDIA and Affiliates
Exhibit Hall Hours - July 24th: 9:00 am - 6:30 pm (Networking Reception in the Exhibit Hall from 4:45 pm - 6:30 pm), July 25th: 9:00 am - 2:30 pm
$300 per single registration. You may register up to two (2) additional conference registrations at the discounted rate of $300 per person.
Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations received by July 6, 2018 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after July 6, 2018. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to cdwyer@ndia.org. Please note: Cancellation policy does not apply to exhibit cancellations; no refunds will be issued for cancelled exhibits.
NDIA is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological and verbal harassment. NDIA will not tolerate harassment of any kind, including but not limited to harassment based on ethnicity, religion, disability, physical appearance, gender, or sexual orientation. This policy applies to all participants and attendees at NDIA conferences, meetings and events. Harassment includes offensive gestures and verbal comments, deliberate intimidation, stalking, following, inappropriate photography and recording, sustained disruption of talks or other events, inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome attention. Participants requested to cease harassing behavior are expected to comply immediately, and failure will serve as grounds for revoking access to the NDIA event.
