ATTIRE
Appropriate dress for the meeting is business for civilians and Class B or uniform of the day for military personnel.
ID BADGE
During meeting registration and check-in, each attendee will be issued an identification badge. Please be prepared to present a valid picture ID. Your badge must be worn at all event functions.
TRANSPORTATION
Blue One Transportation, the Hilton Tampa Downtown's preferred shuttle service, offers non-stop transportation to and from the Tampa International Airport. No reservations are needed. You may just call our transportation Hotline (813-333-3598) when your flight lands. You will then be directed to the nearest ground transportation area positioned at each of the opposite ends of the Airport. Pricing below:
• $13 one way / single passenger
• $11 one way / groups of 2 or more
Tampa Street Cars: Hotel is 1 block from Whiting Street Terminal. Service to Convention Area, Channelside District and Ybor City. Trolly runs every 15 minutes and costs $5.00 per person for an all-day pass.
Pirate Water Taxi: Hotel is 1 block away from the Pirate Water Taxi, a fleet of pirate themed water taxis in downtown Tampa. With over 14 stops, conveniently located along the Riverwalk, Channel District and Davis Island. The three 50-foot water taxis can accommodate up to 40-50 passengers and will offer whimsical historical narration and concessions. Operation hours are from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM Mon –Fri and11:00 AM to 12:00 AM on Sat. All day tickets are $15 for adults and $8 for children. Half day pricing (after 6pm) is $10 for adults and $5 for children
The Downtowner: A free ride service with 12 electric shuttles that can transport up to 5 passengers at a time anywhere in the Downtown district. The Tampa Downtown Partnership, along with many other supporters, have teamed up to bring 100% free rides to Tampa's visitors and residents alike. The Downtowner provides the downtown area with green, fun and effective transportation seven days week.

• Overnight Valet: $24 (unlimited in and out privileges)
• Daily Valet: $16
• Hotel is also attached to Fort Brooke Parking Garage via sky walk for hourly parking
