A block of rooms has been reserved at the DoubleTree by Hilton Portland which is also the location of the Symposium.  The cutoff date for the Room Block is Sunday, April 1, 2018.  You can make your room reservation by:

In House Reservations: Guests can make reservations by calling the hotel directly at 503-281-6111 and asking for in-house reservations. The Reservations Department is open Monday – Friday from 8AM to 4PM.

Central Reservations Office: Guests can make reservations by phone 24 hours a day and 7 days a week through the DoubleTree by Hilton Central Reservations office by calling toll free 1-800-996-0510. 

The group code is ND4 for all reservations.

Standard Guestroom $179.00 for Industry and Government
One Queen Doubletree Sweet Dreams Bed, 400 sq ft, beautiful views of Cascade Mountains or Portland Skyline, Shower, Wireless Internet, Flat Screen TV, normal Hotel amenities

Premium Guestroom $199.00 for Industry and Government
Two Queens or One King Doubletree Sweet Dreams Bed, 600 sq ft, beautiful views, Cascade Mountains or Portland Skyline, Tub/Shower, Wireless Internet, Flat Screen TV, Huge Balconies, Double Vanity, all normal Hotel amenities 

Please be sure to make your reservation by the cutoff date of Sunday, April 1, 2018. .  Rooms may sell out before this date, so we recommend making your reservations as early as possible.

Overnight parking with in-and-out privileges is at a discounted rate of $12.50 per night.
