A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hilton McLean Tysons Corner hotel, which is also the location of the conference on the first two days. The cutoff date for the Room Block is Saturday, March 3, 2018.

Rates
The conference group rate for industry is $269 per night. The conference per diem rate is $253 per night. 

Be sure to make your reservation by the cutoff date of Saturday, March 3, 2018. Rooms may sell out before this date, so we recommend making your reservations as early as possible.

 

Early Departure Fee
Checking out of your room prior to the reserved checkout date will result in an early checkout fee. To avoid a fee, please advise the hotel during or before check in.

Parking is free and abundant at the hotel, there is no valet parking available.
