Security Clearance Information
[The classified session on Thursday is now at full capacity. If you are not yet registered for the session, please contact erichards@ndia.org to be placed on the wait list.] The 19th Annual S&ET Conference will feature an optional half-day classified session on the morning of Thursday, March 22, 2018, held Applied Research Laboratories at the University of Texas at Austin. The session will run from 8:00 am until approximately 12:15 pm, and includes breakfast, lunch and transportation to and from the session. No concurrent unclassified session will be held on Thursday. Pre-registration, payment of a separate fee and submission of clearance information are all required to attend this classified session. Please see the the registration page for further information about registration and fees. The session will be held at the SECRET/NOFORN level - you must have at least a secret clearance and be a U.S. citizen in order to attend this session.
Clearance Submission Instructions
Attendees of this classified session are required to submit a visit request via JPAS to SMO Code 55354-5 (multi-level facility; 55354* then chose level 5).
If you do not have access to JPAS, please fax visit cert to 512-835-3730. The visit cert must be on the visitor's company/agency/service stationary and be addressed to University of Texas at Austin, Applied Research Laboratories, 10000 Burnet Road, Austin, TX 78758 and must contain the below information:
- Visitor's Full Name
- Visitor's SSN
- Visitor's date & place of birth
- Visitor's Citizenship
- Purpose: Attendance at the Science & Engineering Technology Conference
- POC: Cheryl Hagemann, 512-835-3701
- Date of Visit: March 22, 2018
All visit requests (fax and JPAS) must be submitted by March 12, 2018. No exceptions.
