Room Block

NDIA has reserved a block of rooms at both the industry and per diem government rate at the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay.  Reservations can be booked until Monday, October 1st, 2018 and will be accepted on a first come, first serve basis.  You may book your room reservation by:

Rates

Industry Rate: $224.00 per night.

Government Rate: $120.00 per night.

Government attendees please use code NDIAGVDS18 when making a reservation.  Please note, a government ID is required upon check-in.

Hotel Shuttle

A complimentary shuttle is available from 5:00 AM – 1:00 AM daily to and from Tampa International Airport (5 minutes away) departing the hotel every half hour or upon request for pick up.

To request airport pick up, claim your checked bags and call the hotel at 813.874.1234.  Exit the side doors for Ground Transportation closest to baggage belt Blue #7 or Red #9.

 

Hotel Parking

Self parking overnight is complimentary

Per day fee for valet is $8

Overnight valet is $15

Check-in and Check-out

Check-in time is 4 pm.

Check-out time is 12 pm.

The Crowne Plaza Tampa Westshore offers a complimentary shuttle service to the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay beginning Tuesday, October 23 - Thursday, October 25.  The shuttle will depart the Crowne Plaza Tampa Westshore at 7:15 am every morning.  For return service to the Crowne Plaza Tampa Westshore, attendees are to call 813-289-1950.
