NEW IN 2017! SMALL BUSINESS RATE

Are you a Small Business with 75 or less employees currently or wanting to do business with DoD and the Medical community?  Is your company spry in research and development, technological advances, or a venture capitalist looking to invest in Military Medicine?

Act Fast! We are introducing a discounted rate for the first 50 attendees that have interest in registering as Industry Small Business. For registration details, please provide a copy of your System for Award Management (SAM) registration via email to Tiffany Wilson at twilson@ndia.org. Once your SAM is received, a Small Business Registration form will be sent for your completion. Payment is required prior to the event.

Please register with a complete and accurate e-mail address. You will receive an e-mailed confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed.

Payment must be made at the time of registration. Registrations will not be taken over the phone.

Please register with the correct form of payment. A $25 fee will be applied to those wishing to switch forms of payment.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations received by Friday, February 24, 2017 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after Friday, February 24, 2017. Cancellations must be made in writing to Tiffany Wilson, Meeting Planner, at twilson@ndia.org. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Please note: This policy does not apply to exhibit or sponsorship cancellations.
