Dr. Burman serves as President of Jefferson Solutions, the government consulting division of the Jefferson Consulting Group, LLC. He is also Chairman of the Procurement Round Table. His previous roles include Administrator for Federal Procurement Policy for the United States Government under Presidents Reagan, Bush and Clinton, and was a Member of the Section 800 and SARA panels. He is a monthly columnist for Government Executive magazine.
