Mr. Williams is currently President of C Williams LLC, and serves on the National Contract Management Association’s Board of Directors, the Defense Acquisition University Board of Visitors, the Partnership for Public Service, the Chief Acquisition Officers Council, and is Director on the Procurement Roundtable. He was formerly the Director at Defense Contract Management Agency and Deputy Assistant Secretary in Contracting USAF.
