Attendee Information

ATTIRE
Appropriate dress for the conference is business casual for civilians and service uniform of the day for military personnel.

ID BADGE
During conference registration each attendee will be issued a conference badge.  
Please be prepared to present a valid picture I.D.
Badges must be worn at all conference functions.

PARKING
Valet: All attendees (local and hotel guests) will receive a reduced fee of $19 per day (mention NDIA) for valet parking. No limit on number of times you can enter/exit. For up to 2 hours, valet fee is $10.

Self Park: Park Place Garage; adjacent to the Westin Annapolis. Fees will be charged upon each exit.

  • $1 for 1 hour or less
  • $3 for up to 2 hours
  • $5 for up to 3 hours
  • $7 for up to 4 hours
  • $10 for up to 10 hours
  • $20 overnight (more than 10 hours)
