All cancellations must be sent in writing to tfletcher@ndia.org. $75 cancellation fee for requests received by October 13, 2017. No refunds for cancellations received after October 13, 2017. Substitutions welcome in lieu of cancellations! Substitution requests must also be made in writing to tfletcher@ndia.org.
