Reminders
- Please register with a complete and accurate e-mail address. You will receive an e-mailed confirmation as soon as your registration has been processed.
- Payment must be made at the time of registration.
- Registrations will not be taken over the phone.
- Please register with the correct form of payment. A $25 fee will be applied to those wishing to switch forms of payment.

Cancellations & Substitutions
Cancellations received by November 25, 2016 will receive a refund minus a $75 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after November 25, 2016. Substitutions to this event are welcome in lieu of cancellations. Cancellations and substitutions must be made in writing to tfletcher@ndia.org.
